Welcome to TransifyGo. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for shipping, logistics, and related services purchased through transifygo.com.

By booking a shipment or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

At TransifyGo, we strive to provide reliable and timely logistics services. Because transportation services begin immediately after an order is processed, refunds are only available under specific circumstances.

Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the status of the shipment and the reason for the request.


2. Eligible Refunds

A customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • A shipment order is cancelled before pickup has been scheduled.

  • Payment was made more than once for the same shipment.

  • TransifyGo is unable to provide the requested shipping service.

  • A billing error occurred due to our mistake.

  • A shipment is cancelled by TransifyGo before transportation begins.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • The shipment has already been picked up.

  • Transportation has already begun.

  • Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, government authorities, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, security checks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the sender.

  • Refused deliveries.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients.

  • Customs duties, taxes, import fees, storage charges, or other government-imposed fees.

  • Additional charges requested by customs or regulatory authorities.

  • Losses resulting from prohibited or restricted goods.


4. Customs Fees and Government Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspection fees, or other government charges that arise during international shipping.

These charges are imposed by customs authorities and are not refundable by TransifyGo.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because required customs charges remain unpaid, shipping fees already paid may also be non-refundable.


5. Shipment Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before shipment pickup.

If the shipment has not yet entered our logistics network, a refund may be approved after deducting any administrative or processing fees that have already been incurred.

Once a shipment has been collected, cancellation is generally no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged while under the responsibility of TransifyGo, customers should notify us as soon as possible.

Claims must include:

  • Shipment tracking number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs (if applicable)

  • Supporting documentation showing the value of the contents

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Terms and any applicable insurance coverage.


7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved:

  • Credit or debit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days.

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 5–15 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • Full name

  • Shipment or order number

  • Payment confirmation

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documents

Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.


9. Fraud Prevention

TransifyGo reserves the right to refuse refund requests involving:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Abuse of our services

  • False claims

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
